Susan Smith, a vice president with Kansas City, Mo.-based Zimmer Real Estate Services, recently helped a Kansas City elementary school find a new home.
The Academy of Integrated Arts recently leased a pair of 6,000-square-foot industrial buildings in Kansas City from Troost Associates.
Construction crews will renovate the facilities to transform the former industrial buildings into a charter elementary school that will cater to students from Kansas City’s urban center.
Smith represented the Academy of Integrated in this transaction, while John Hassler, also of Zimmer, represented the landlord.
