Kansas City-based Zimmer Real Estate Services recently helped a landscape company buy its own industrial building in Shawnee, Kan.
Ryan Lawn & Tree purchased a 9,150-square-foot industrial building on 6.5 acres of land in Shawnee’s Attic Business Park. This is Ryan Lawn & Tree’s third location in the Kansas City area.
Ryan Lawn & Tree will relocate its chemicals and sprinkler division to this location. The property was purchased from 95th Street Service Corporation, a unit of Valley View Bank. David Zimmer with Zimmer Real Estate Services negotiated the sale contract on behalf of both parties.
