Principle Construction recently completed several facility renovations for Veolia Water Technologies HPD Plainfield Offices, an evaporation and crystallization company at 23561 W. Main St. in Plainfield, Illinois.
Veolia is a global company specializing in water and wastewater treatment.
The Principle team worked with Veolia to source products both locally and from Europe for the design of its 42,000 square foot space. Interior and exterior renovations were completed on both the headquarters office building and the Research & Development building at Veolia’s Plainfield campus. Improvements included upgrading: exterior finishes, stairwells, restrooms, and break rooms to provide a sleek and comfortable space for Veolia employees. A key component of the project was completing the renovations in a manner that allowed Veolia to continue with their daily operations while the work was being completed.
Principle’s Jim Greco served as project manager on the buildout. Principle’s Scott Nagel was the superintendent. Archideas, Inc., designed the new space. Principle completed the project in January.
