Two multifamily buildings totaling 110 units sold on Walden Parkway in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood. The properties, 70 units and 40 units, are located at 10206-30 S. Walden Parkway and 10500 S. Walden Parkway, respectively.
Frank Micklin of SVN | Chicago Commercial was the sole broker in the transactions. The asset at 10206-30 S. Walden sold for $6,025,000 and the asset at 10500 S. Walden sold for $3,500,000.
“These two properties provided an excellent vehicle for a 1031 exchange for the purchaser,” Micklin said.
