The property is shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter and is across the street from Buc-ee’s, two high-volume traffic generators that provide a regional draw.
With a highly visible location along I-69/U.S. 59, the property benefits from exposure to 28,000 cars per day as well as immediate access to nearby major employers. The property received significant interest from regional and national bidders and was ultimately sold in a competitive live bid event.
