Friedman Real Estate recently closed the sale of the 8,750-square-foot multifamily facility in Warren, Michigan.
The Young Home for the Elderly senior living facility was purchased by LAMA Home Health Care, which provides compassionate assistance to families and caregivers.
Friedman’s Dan Verderbar advised the purchaser in the transaction.
