Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale a 2,700-square-foot net-leased property located in Chicago. The asset sold for $3.5 million, or $1,296 per square foot.

The property sits directly beneath the Quincy “L” station in the heart of the Chicago Loop, with a daytime population of over 931,000 within a three-mile radius. This 7-Eleven is located only a few blocks from Google’s new tech hub in the historic Thompson Center building, which is undergoing a $105 million restoration and expected to be move-in ready by 2026.
