Wurkwel Ventures, LLC announced the extension of two of its office leases in the city of Chicago. Office Furniture Center-Chicago renewed its existing 212,596-square-foot lease at 5000 W. Roosevelt Road and Rightsize Facility signed a new lease for 9,695 square feet and will be occupying the entire fifth floor of 303 W. Erie St.
Rightsize will be relocating from its longtime home on the second floor in early 2025.
