Block & Company, Inc., Realtors announced that Village West Discount Liquors in Kansas City, Kansas, recently sold and leased 8,029 square feet to new ownership.
The property was sold to 110th and Parallel, KC Development LLC, represented by Grant Summers of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors.
During their time under contract, Summers also leased the space to South Hills LLC, who is the new acting operator for Village West Discount Liquors. Daniel Brocato of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
