Indianapolis-based Premier Commercial Real Estate | TCN Worldwide added Jonathan M. Hardy, who has joined the firm as Executive Vice President and will help lead and train the Brokerage Team.
Jon brings a wealth of experience & leadership in commercial real estate, having held key positions with CBRE, Coldwell Banker Commercial, & most recently, Bradley Company. Over the course of his career, he has not only built a reputation for excellence in brokerage but also in guiding teams & strategies within the industry.
In addition to his corporate experience, Jon is also the founder of Venture HYDRA, a firm dedicated to distressed real estate assets. Recognizing a significant gap in professional specialization within this space, Venture HYDRA was created to provide expertise, guidance, & solutions for all stakeholders navigating distressed markets.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Jon remains deeply engaged in community & educational initiatives. He serves on the Board for the Center for Real Estate Studies at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business & is an active board member of the Fifty Club of Fishers. He also devotes time to family, friends, & several nonprofit organizations that support a variety of causes.
