Colliers has completed the sale of Gateway Logistics Center Building III, a 748,791-square-foot, Class A industrial distribution facility located at 1050–1054 Gateway Park Drive in the West Jefferson suburb of the Columbus, Ohio, MSA.

Colliers Industrial Capital Markets advisors Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport, Jeff Devine, Steve Disse, and Tyler Ziebel partnered with Michael Linder and Shane Woloshan of Colliers | Columbus, to complete the transaction on behalf of the seller, Core5 Industrial Partners. The buyer was EQT Exeter, a global real estate investment manager and one of the leading logistics property owners worldwide.

Core5 Industrial Partners developed Gateway Logistics Center Building III as part of its multi-phase Gateway Logistics Center industrial park in West Jefferson. Completed in 2023, the building is the newest addition to the campus and is fully leased to two tenants, Tarkett USA, Inc. and 3B Medical Inc. The modern bulk facility features 40-foot clear heights, 73 dock-high doors, 2 drive-in doors, and 171 trailer parking stalls, along with 396 auto spaces including EV charging.

Strategically positioned less than one mile from I-70, the property provides direct access to major regional logistics infrastructure including I-270, CSX and Norfolk Southern intermodals, and Rickenbacker International Airport.
