CBRE arranged the sale of Second + Second, a 158-unit multifamily property in Minneapolis. Roundhouse purchased the property from Solaris Group for an undisclosed amount.
CBRE’s Ted Abramson, Abe Appert and Keith Collins represented the seller in the transaction.

Second St., just west of the Mississippi River and within the North Loop submarket, which includes walkable access to several prominent restaurants, retailers, and major employers.
