Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, LLC closed the sale of 2848 North Seminary Avenue, a 19-unit multifamily property in Lakeview, one of Chicago’s most sought-after North Side neighborhoods. The property closed at a sale price of $10.85 million.
The corner property features a desirable mix of two-bedroom apartments and expansive three- and four-bedroom duplex units. Following a complete gut renovation in 2018, the building was updated with modern floor plans and high-end finishes, including in-unit laundry, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and outdoor parking.
Principals Jim Darrow and Jordan Gottlieb, along with Director Brian Keegan, represented the seller in the transaction. Principal Steve Livaditis represented the buyer.
