Krusinski Construction Company completed a tenant build-out for Cooper&Hunter within the IAC – Wintergreen development in Hutchins, Texas.

Cooper&Hunter now occupies the remaining 266,788 square feet of the multi-tenant facility, which is fitted with offices, meeting rooms, and a restroom area to support the company’s growing demand for capacity and space.

Located less than 15 minutes south of Dallas, the tenant build-out includes 7,351 SF of office and support space divided between two areas. The primary 6,135-SF office features a bright and welcoming open floor plan with workstations, private offices and meeting rooms designed to support internal collaboration and client interactions.

An additional 1,216-SF area within the warehouse provides functional office space and restrooms for facility workers, while the balance of Cooper&Hunter’s space supports its warehouse and distribution operations. The project also includes a showroom for the company’s HVAC products and electrical improvements to provide power for battery-charging stations.

Cooper&Hunter offers cutting-edge mini split air conditioning units designed to address the unique climate control requirements of any home or business. These adaptable systems deliver efficient heating and cooling along with precise temperature management.

Wintergreen Distribution Center is a 560,030-SF, multi-tenant speculative industrial building built by Krusinski Construction Company. This development was KCC’s first ground-up project in the state of Texas. Cooper&Hunter’s build-out project marks the 20th project in partnership with IAC Properties, ranging from ground-ups to renovations to tenant improvements.

Members of the project team include Andy Johnson, Executive Vice President; Ryan Lehman, Senior Project Manager; Adam Catris, Project Engineer; Michael Adebayo, Project Superintendent; Yvette Hianik, Preconstruction Manager; and Erin Anderson, Project Coordinator. Azimuth Architecture served as the project architect.
