Canyon Creek Real Estate acquired One Eleven Congress, a 533,711-square-foot office tower at 111 Congress Ave. in Downtown Austin, Texas. The acquisition marks Canyon Creek’s entry into the Austin market as the firm seeks to grow its portfolio in the region.
Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, will continue to provide leasing services for One Eleven Congress while expanding its role to include property management. Stream Regional Managing Director of Property Management Amanda Coupe will lead the property management assignment, while Managing Director Rachel Coulter will continue leading leasing for the property.
One Eleven Congress is a 30-story office tower situated at the gateway between Austin’s Central Business District and the waterfront. Its location provides direct access to the city’s business core while remaining steps from Lady Bird Lake, the hike-and-bike trail, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment.
The surrounding area continues to experience significant investment and renewed momentum through projects including Waterline, Confluence, the Rainey Street District, new hospitality developments, and public realm improvements that are further connecting Downtown Austin to Lady Bird Lake.
