Berkadia closed the sale of Aster at Sun Prairie, a 228-unit multifamily property formerly known as Springs at Sun Prairie in Sun Prairie / Madison, Wisconsin.
Senior Managing Director Pete Evans of Berkadia Chicago and Senior Director Richard Evans of Berkadia Milwaukee led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Menomonee Falls, WI-based Continental Properties. The buyer is Kirkland, WA-based Weidner Apartment Homes.
