B+E has taken on the listing of a fully-leased, about 258,375-square-foot medical manufacturing and research facility in the Bloomington, Indiana, MSA for $64.625 million. B+E is teaming up with Indianapolis based Resource Commercial Real Estate on the offering.
The 15-year NNN property sits on +/- 21.53 acres of land with +/- 795 parking spaces and is listed at an initial cap rate of 5.5 percent with 2 percent annual rent escalations.
