Inland Real Estate Commercial Brokerage, Inc. has closed on the sale of a five-acre land site, situated at Route 31 and Bull Valley Road, in McHenry, Illinois for more than $1 million. The buyers, a partnership between Leo Brown Group of Indiana and Ignite Medical Resorts of Missouri, plan to construct a medical resort-luxury rehabilitation center on the land.
“We are pleased that we were able to identify a niche opportunity for the McHenry community and close on this transaction that will provide residents with access to a rehabilitation facility and skilled nursing staff,” said Eric Spiess who, along with fellow Inland Commercial Brokerage senior vice president Paul Montes, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
