Cushman & Wakefield’s Jim Krivanek represented business advisory firm Skoda Minotti in its search for office space in downtown Cleveland. The firm plans to take about 10,000 square feet on the eighth floor of the Fifth/Third Center at 600 Superior Ave. in Cleveland.
Skoda Minotti’s new downtown office is expected to open in Fall 2019. Headquartered in Mayfield Village, the company has additional offices located in Westlake and Akron, Ohio, and Tampa, Florida.
Skoda Minotti’s expansion downtown is representative of a growing number of businesses relocating or opening additional offices in the downtown area to better serve clients across the region and to acquire and retain talent. As Skoda Minotti’s leaders announced the firm’s plans for expansion, they were encouraged by the number of employees who expressed interest in moving downtown. They were further encouraged by a number of economic incentives provided by the City of Cleveland and the State of Ohio.
Located in the heart of downtown and close to the highway, the Class-A office space includes upgraded common and conferencing areas as well as ample attached parking. Its central location offers close proximity to all the popular entertainment districts like Gateway, Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, Playhouse Square, East 4th and Progressive Field.
