Andrea Hauger leased 1,000 square feet of office space to Charter Creative at 350 S. Schmale Road in Carol Stream and 1,560 square feet at Glendale Office Park in Glendale Heights to Center for Inner Studies LLC. Hauger also renewed a lease for Alltech Plastics in 3,134 square feet at 111 S. Lombard Road in Addison.
Eric Wagener renewed leases for New Age of Painting & Decorating, Apex Signs & Graphics, Inc. and Canton Properties, Inc. at the Mercury Corporate Centre, 37 Sherwood Terrace, Lake Bluff. He also leased 1,000 square feet of flex space to Passport Enterprises at the property, bringing the building to 100 percent occupancy. In Bensenville, Wagener renewed 3,738 square feet of high-image flex space to Pan Star Express at 1134 Tower Lane.
Hauger leased a space for Edge Pest Control at 555-583 N. Williams in Thorton. Other deals for Houger include a 2,681-square-foot flex space to American Woodwork & Design, Inc. at Triangle Corporate Center in Elk Grove Village and a 21,280-square-foot warehouse space renewal for Nite Owl Prints at 9745 Industrial Drive in Bridgeview. Hauger also represented Comsite Properties, LLC in their purchase of a 14,160 square foot industrial property at 1219 W. Washington in West Chicago.
At the Woodfield Lake Office Court in Schaumburg, Wagener leased 855 square feet of space to Gulaid Consulting Engineers, as well as 1,031 square feet of space to UE Line Inc. He also leasd 5,750 square feet of Industrial space to Techstar America Corp at 5400 Fieldstone Way in Johnsburg and assisted Aroma International, Inc. in leasing 3,224 square feet of industrial space at 714 Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights.
Finally, Hauger renewed 2,250 square feet of flex space to Simmers Design and Services on Kenton Avenue in Crestwood, Illinois. Also at the property, she renewed 2,250 square feet of flex space to Denver Refrigerants, USA and 2,250 square feet of flex space to Onyx Asphalt, USA keeping the property at 100 percent occupancy.
