Bill Tyson of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted Big Box Overstock in securing its first Michigan location at 2889 28th Street SE in Kentwood, Michigan.
Big Box Overstock has been known as an e-commerce business but has been expanding into its own retail outlet stores.
Big Box Overstock is currently renovating the new location, which will include new floors, paint and shelving displays.
Big Box Overstock plans to open the Kentwood location on June 14.
Jeff Tucker and Drew Nelson from Bradley Companies represented the landlord in this transaction.
Big Box Overstock also leased a warehouse and office space in the area for its e-commerce business operations. Tyson of NAI Wisinski and Ty Hallock of First Companies handled this transaction.
