Heidi Hamilton has been promoted to managing leader for the Community Development Practice in Stantec‘s eight-state Midwest region. She is based out of Stantec’s Minneapolis office.
Hamilton is responsible for attracting and retaining team members, resource management, professional service delivery and financial performance. She is also responsible for the daily operations of Stantec’s largest office in the Central United States.
Hamilton has overseen the delivery of hundreds of millions of dollars of capital projects during her career, many of which were in collaboration with county, state and federal agencies. She also played a key role in the development of Minnesota’s two light-rail transit lines.
Hamilton is a licensed professional engineer in Minnesota. She takes over her new role from Tom Bader, who is now the regional leader for Stantec’s Midwest region.
