Colliers International | Chicago represented MDC Realty Advisors and Nicola Crosby Real Estate, owners of One O’Hare Centre, in its 18,375-square-foot lease to Duck Creek Technologies. The Boston-based software company will partially occupy the 5th floor of the 12-story, 380,360-square-foot, Class A office building located at 6250 N. River Road in Rosemont, Illinois.
Francis Prock, principal, and Jonathon Connor, senior vice president, in Colliers’ Rosemont office represented ownership. Duck Creek Technologies was represented by CBRE senior vice president James Otto.
“Tenants continue to be drawn to One O’Hare Centre’s premier location in the heart of the O’Hare submarket and the building’s best-in-class amenity package,” said Connor. “With the addition of Duck Creek Technologies, the building will be more than 93 percent occupied.”
One O’Hare Centre offers easy access to I-90, I-294 and I-190. The property also features connected, covered parking, a complimentary shuttle to CTA, Metra and O’Hare International Airport and proximity to more than 65 restaurants, hotels, banks and entertainment spots.
