Entre Commercial Realty has completed a 44,961-square-foot office lease within the 281,254-square-foot building located at 3301 Wireton Road in Blue Island, Illinois.
The tenant, the department of Health and Human Resources for the State of Illinois, was occupying the space on a long-term lease that was set to expire in the second quarter of 2018. Entre facilitated negotiations with the tenant and landlord, Lsref3 Navy Reo, LLC, and was able to put together a transaction with new terms and conditions that resulted in a multi-year lease extension for the anchor tenant.
This is the third lease expansion/extension Entre has facilitated for the landlord in the last nine months. The team of Cory Kay and Dan Benassi of Entre Commercial Realty represented the landlord, Lsref3 Navy Reo, LLC, in this transaction.
