John Schoditsch, Chad Jones and Jay Eck have formed Kensington Development Partners in Oak Brook, Illinois.
The company develops and acquires retail and mixed-use projects throughout the United States, and has recently created a $300 million acquisition fund with long-time partner, IM Properties.
The three leaders of the company have more than 70 years of collective industry experience. To date, the principals have developed more than 57 projects totaling more than 7 million square feet of property.
