Ridge, the industrial development arm of Transwestern, broke ground on a 186,000-square-foot development in Brewster Creek Business Park in Bartlett, Illinois.
The project is slated for delivery in December 2017. The property is located at 1331 to 1337 Schiferl Road. Ridge Brewster Creek II will feature 32-foot clear heights with 50-by-50-foot column spacing, ESFR sprinkler system, 35 dock doors, two drive-in doors and 224 car parking spaces.
Those involved with the project include Newmark Knight Frank which will head up leasing for the project, the general contractor Triumph Construction, Harris Architects and civil engineering firm Eriksson Engineering Associate.
