Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold a 29,900-square-foot office building at 17330 Greydale Ave. in Detroit at auction.
The seller, Greydale Detroit LLC, sold the building to Grand MZ Holding, LLC .
The building was built in 1977 as a build-to-suit for the State of Michigan’s Department of Human Services. The property has sat vacant since the government agency left the building last year. The new ownership group plans to renovate the property and re-purpose it for office or general commercial use.
