Olivet Nazarene University has leased 11,629 square feet at the Oak Brook International office campus, located at 2809 Butterfield Road Oak Brook, Ill.
Inland Real Estate Brokerage, Inc.’s Paul Montes, senior commercial broker, and Eric Spiess, sales associate, are the exclusive leasing agents for 311,473-square-foot property. The facility is now 95 percent leased.
Olivet plans to offer graduate and select undergraduate programs in business, education, counseling, and nursing at the new location. The university also operates a Regional Center in Rolling Meadows, Ill., which opened in 2004.
