Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold the 11,403-square-foot Ridgeview Falls Shopping Center in Olathe, Kan.
The fully occupied center contains six tenants, Asian Pearl Restaurant, Glace’ Nails, Smooth Liquor, Allstate, Anderson Family Dental and Ridgeview Eyecare.
Block & Company represented both sides of the transaction, with agents David Block and Pam Peterson representing the buyer and Steve Gasperi representing the seller, Building 12 LLC.
“The quality of the property, a realistic capitilization rate and a solid marketing strategy helped with the success of Block & Company selling the property in a very short time frame,” Gasperi said.
