Rosemont, Ill.-based The McShane Companies has launched a new commercial real estate company, Conor Commercial Real Estate.
The new company will serve the industrial, office, healthcare and multi-family commercial sectors. It will work closely with The McShane Companies, a commercial real esate developer.
Conor Commercial Real Estate is headquartered in The McShane Companies’ Rosemont home office. It also boasts regional offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix and Irvine, Calif.
Conor is already making a splash in the commercial real estate business with the Cherry Logistics Center, a 575,000-square-foot speculative industrial development in Newark, Calif. Conor is developing this project as a joint venture with American Realty Advisors.
Mark Saturno, chief operating officer for The McShane Companies, is leading Conor’s operations and strategic management. Saturno is a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, and has previously held senior-level management positions with AMB Property Corporation and First Industrial Realty Trust.
