Rick Delisle and Mike Prost, both principals, Sergio Chapa, vice president, and James Kettinger Jr., associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, DRL LLC, in the transaction.
Separately, Delisle, Prost and Sergio Chapa represented Engendren Corp. in its renewal of a 40,000-square-foot industrial building located at W141N9501 Fountain Boulevard in Menomonee Falls, Wis. CenterPoint represented itself in the transaction.
