Jacobson Warehouse Company Inc. has expanded by 108,550 square feet at 21399 Torrence Ave. in Sauk Village. Walter Murphy and Jeff Janda, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, KTR, in the transaction. Jacobson now occupies the entire building.
Separately, Innovative Surfaces LLC has purchased a 21,500-square-foot warehouse building located at 4707 W. 138th St. in Crestwood. Murphy represented the seller, PCS, and Andrew Maletich of Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.
Murphy also represented Vision Integrated Graphics in its lease of 36,194 square feet of warehouse space located at 8402 W. 183rd St. in Tinley Park. Doug Tarr, Edward Dushman and Nick Carmen with Foresite Realty Partners LLC represented building ownership in the transaction.
