Alec Pacella is the new managing partner at Cleveland’s NAI Daus. The company also promoted Scott Garson and William Sadataki to partner status.
Former managing partner Robert Brehmer will continue to serve as a majority partner at NAI Daus, and will focus his efforts on client relations.
Pacella brings 24 years experience to his position. Pacella is a three-time winner of NAIOP’s Investment Deal of the Year award.
Garson also brings 24 years experience. During his time with NAI Daus, he has completed more than 164 transactions totaling more than 4 million square feet. Sadataki has been involved in industrial real estate for more than 25 years.
