Ike Behar and The Perfect Setting will open shops at 67 E. Oak St. in Chicago. The building recently underwent renovations adding more glass to the storefronts, a new canopy and opening up the lobby making it more inviting. The new lobby boasts a new entryway and floating staircase.
Ike Behar, a menswear company specializing in handcrafted shirts and accessories both custom and ready-to-wear, will be occupying the east side of the ground floor . The family owned haberdashery has been catering to its clientele for more than 50 years.
CBRE‘s Sharon Kahan represented both the landlord and Ike Behar in the lease.
The Perfect Setting will be occupying the ground-level space on the west side of the building. The table top company that has a store in Lake Forest and this will be its second location. The decor boutique offers different and unusual pieces for tabletop, home entertaining, home décor and gift giving.
