Kraus-Anderson has started construction on Engel Haus, a new senior housing community in Albertville, Minn.
Owned by Guardian Angels Senior Services of Elk River, Minn., the two-story, 63-unit Engel Haus will provide catered living services in apartment homes, assisted living and memory care. Construction is expected to be completed in 10 months.
Kraus-Anderson has worked on multiple projects for Guardian Angels, a comprehensive senior care organization serving seniors in the northwestern corner of the Twin Cities. Guardian Angels serves more than 2,500 senior Minnesotans each year.
Designed by Pope Architects, Engel Haus is being developed by Kraus-Anderson Realty, which coordinated the development process with the City of Albertville.
