John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented CME Trust in its purchase of a 44,457-square-foot manufacturing building located at 3620 Swenson Ave. in St. Charles.
Michael Marconi of Newmark Knight Frank Epic represented the seller, Bayview Loan Servicing LLC, in the transaction. The facility will be redeveloped and expanded to 60,000 square feet to accommodate CME’s production growth.
