Cresa Madison was honored with multiple 2013 Power Broker Awards by the CoStar Group, a commercial real estate research firm.
This annual award honors the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year of 2013 in their respective markets.
This marks the third consecutive year that Cresa earned the accolade for Top Leasing Firm in the Madison, Wis., market. In addition to being named a Top Leasing Firm, two managing principals, Tim Rikkers and Josh Rikkers, also received recognition as Power Brokers from the CoStar group on the individual level.
Tim Rikkers’ notable clients that completed transactions in 2013 included Sub-Zero, The Ariens Company, WTS Paradigm and Shopbop. Josh Rikkers’ notable transactions included a deal with Wells Fargo Bank which triggered construction for a new commercial development on Madison’s West Side.
