Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team and Southfield, Mich.-based The Farbman Group recently brokered the sale of Palladium at Birmingham in Birmingham, Mich. The 126,219-square-foot building was purchased by a private investment company.
Palladium at Birmingham is located at the northeast corner of North Old Woodward Avenue and Hamilton Street in the heart of downtown Birmingham, Mich.
Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation and Bill Bubniak of The Farbman Group were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, New York-based Related Companies.
