The Dickman Company/CORFAC International recently closed a lease between Fountain Investments, LLC and tenant Mid-State Distributors Company for a 23,500-square-foot industrial building at W142 N9041 Fountain Blvd. in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Nick Keys of the Dickman Company brokered the transaction.
