Bernard Financial Group recently arranged a $2.8 million loan for Bayview Market Place, a 21,024-square-foot neighborhood retail center in Westland, Mich.
The complex is made up of two buildings on 0.88 acres.
Westland Associates Partners, LLC is the borrower. Dave Dismondy with Bernard Financial originated the loan.
