CBRE Capital Markets has arranged $8 million of permanent financing for the Byerly’s grocery store on France Avenue in Edina, Minn.
CBRE represented LB Edina LLC in the financing of this freestanding store. The store is now under construction and will open in September. It is part of a redevelopment that includes 241 apartment units and 21,000 square feet of inline retail tenant space.
The property includes 51,000 square feet, which is 100 percent leased to Byerly’s.
The CBRE team of Doug Seylar, Murray Kornberg and Ben Bastian led the financing.
