Financial services firm KPMG is moving its Grand Rapids, Michigan, office to 99 Monroe Ave. NW in Grand Rapids.
Franklin Partners purchased 99 Monroe, the company’s first downtown investment, in 2012. At this time, the building was only 40 percent occupied. After significant interior and exterior renovations, only 9,000 square feet in the 12-story building remains to be filled.
Both Colliers International and CBRE helped finalize KPMG’s new location. The new office is scheduled to open April 27.
