LaSalle Investment Management has acquired 551 St. James Gate in Bolingbrook, Illinois, a 289,357-square-foot distribution center. The center sits on 22.5 acres of land and features 32 loading docks, 200-foot truck courts and 105 trailer parking spaces.
551 St. James Gate is currently 100-percent leased to LaGrou Distribution Systems, Inc., a regional third-party logistics company. The distribution center is located in Chicago’s I-55 Industrial Corridor and includes significant frontage along the highway.
