Kraus-Anderson Construction Company will begin an $8.1 million expansion and renovation of the Myles Reif Performing Arts Center in Grand Rapids, Minn.
A groundbreaking ceremony will be held April 6 at the arts center, 720 NW Conifer Drive in Grand Rapids.
Designed by Alliiance of Minneapolis, the 45,000-square-foot regional arts center will include the addition of 60 seats in the main theater, a new 200-seat studio theater and an expanded lobby.
The project is estimated to be completed in February of 2016.
