Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Shorewood Village Shopping Center in Shorewood, Minnesota.
Bloomington, Minnesota-based Kraus-Anderson Realty Company purchased the 62,308-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center.
Shorewood Village Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Highway 7 and Highway 41 in Shorewood. The center is shadow-anchored by Cub Foods, and features retailers such as Dollar Tree, True Value, Caribou Coffee and Great Clips.
Mark Robinson of Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, LLC and Joe Girardi of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, a local private investor.
