311 South Wacker achieved LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Zeller Realty Group (ZRG) added LEED certification to the West Loop property that resulted in high performance in sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental air quality.
ZRG is a member and sponsor of the USGBC and many of its leasing and development professionals have accomplished LEED AP and Green Associate credentials.
The LEED rating system is the foremost global program for buildings, homes and communities that are designed, constructed, maintained and operated for improved environmental and human health performance.
ZRG acquired 311 South Wacker in March 2014 and has significantly upgraded the infrastructure, improved retail offerings and has begun construction on a 21,500-square-foot tenant lounge and conference center.
