St. Louis’ Hilliker Corporation recently helped a client sell its building to the biggest trucks in town.

The owners of BIGFOOT 4×4, Inc., the monster truck entertainment and promotions company that brought the world The Original Monster Truck, recently purchased a 10-year-old building located at 2286 Rose Lane in Pacific, Missouri.

Founded in 1975, BIGFOOT 4×4 has been at 6311 N. Lindbergh Blvd. in Hazelwood, Missouri, for the past 30 years.

The nearly 8,500-square-foot building sits on three acres and features 24-foot ceilings and four 16-by-16 drive-in doors.

BIGFOOT 4×4 also purchased the 2.5-acre lot next door. Renovations include creating an addition to the back of the building, extending the lot by 90 feet to accommodate transporter parking and storage, and adding a monster truck paint booth.

After renovations are completed, there will be 10,000 square feet of shop space plus 2,700 square feet of office space on 5.5 acres. The company will move into its new location by the end of October.
