Cushman & Wakefield has added Jonathan Metzl and Brian Chernett to the Chicago tenant representation team, building on its existing strength and continuing the aggressive expansion of the Chicago office. Both will serve as senior directors.
Metzl joins Cushman & Wakefield from Savills Studley, where he has worked for the past 13 years. He specializes in the Chicago suburban markets.
Metzl has completed transactions on behalf of clients from technology start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations, including DLA Piper, PotashCorp, PSAV and Siemens.
Chernett was most recently with JLL, specializing in real estate solutions for financial institutions and professional service firms in Chicago and across the region. He won NAIOP’s Office Lease of the Year award in 2011 for a transaction completed on behalf of Wells Fargo.
