CBRE Kansas City names five team members the 2015 Top Producers

Five CBRE Group, Inc. team members have been honored by the firm as the 2015 Top Five Producers in its Kansas City office.

Jeff Stingley led the way at No. 1, accounting for a total of $480 million out of the $950 million in the Kansas City-area multifamily sale transactions.

The following are the top producers for CBRE Kansas City:

1) Jeff Stingley, Multifamily Investment Properties

2015 highlights included Overland Park Portfolio that sold for $83 million consisting of two Class B properties totaling 918 units. Stingley specializes in multifamily sales and has 12 years of industry experience, eight at CBRE.

2) David Hickman, Retail Brokerage

Hickman is a CBRE veteran of 27 years with over $900 million of retail transactions in his career.

3) Gina Anderson, Investment Properties

2015 deals included the sale of 2555 Grand in Crown Center, the sale of Park Place mixed-use project in Leawood, KS, and the sale of Plaza Vista. Anderson boasts 25 years of experience, and has been with CBRE for four years.

4) Bob Fagan, Office Brokerage

Fagan is part of the team that represented Sprint in the 121,000 sq. ft. renewal of Apria at the Overland Park-based Sprint Campus. He has spent his entire 23 year commercial real estate career at CBRE.

5) David Hinchman, Industrial Brokerage

Hinchman’s year included a 423,000 sq. ft. long term lease for LIT, partnership of Trammell Crow and Clarion partners, of a new spec building to a tier one GM supplier. Hichman is also a member of the Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame.
