Sansone Group announced that Clayton Central Owner, LLC signed a five-year lease for 10,505 square feet at the PNC Center, 120 S. Central, in St. Louis, Missouri.
The lease, which will begin in December 2017, is for office space on the 14th floor of the building.
Sansone’s Brandon Wappelhorst and Dan Lesinski represented the landlord, AIG Claims Inc, while CBRE represented the tenant.
